Email hello@vitals.me. A real person reads every message and replies as soon as we can. Include the email address on your VITALS account, and — if it is about ChatGPT — what you asked and what came back.

Using VITALS in ChatGPT

• Connect: add VITALS from ChatGPT’s connector settings, sign in to your VITALS account, and approve the access shown on the consent screen.
• What it can see: only what you approve — your identity and the VITALS reads you already have, such as your personality profile, collaboration directives, and any career, relationship, comparison, or VITALS 360 insights.
• What it cannot do: it is read-only. It never changes anything in your VITALS account, never sees your raw assessment answers, and never reaches another person’s private profile.
• Disconnect: remove VITALS from ChatGPT’s connector settings. Access stops immediately.
• Nothing to show? The connector can only read a profile you have already generated. Finish your VITALS assessment at vitals.me first, then ask again.

Your account

• Can’t sign in? Reset your password, or email us.
• To delete your account and the personal details attached to it, open Settings in VITALS and choose Delete account.
